Level 4 Lockdown - Update - August 18th 2021
As you may know, Claw Grabby Store is based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Government has announced New Zealand will undertake a nationwide lockdown to stop the spread of COVID-19. As a result of this there are a number of restrictions in place, one of which is the restriction upon non-essential businesses operating.
Claw Grabby Store is an online only retail store. We will be adhering to the alert level four guidelines which means that only essential items are able to be purchased online. This means that, as Claw Grabby Store is not an essential business and is unable to use the courier service at this time due to high demand and priority placed on essential goods.
All orders placed over the lockdown level four period will be shipped at the estimated earliest date of 25th of August. If this date changes and the lock down extends, the goods will be shipped out after the lockdown period is over. Orders can still be placed, however shipping times will be extended.
If you place an order and are unaware of the current situation your order can be cancelled and your money refunded.

What is the return / exchange policy for this store?
Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged with tags still intact - buyers are responsible for return shipping payments.

What if I added the wrong address?
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address the customer needs to pay for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within two days of ordering (this is two NZ working days) If your address is incorrect or you would like to change your order please contact email@example.com within a day of ordering.
