What is the return / exchange policy for this store?

Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged with tags still intact - buyers are responsible for return shipping payments.

What if I added the wrong address? 

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address the customer needs to pay for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address. 

How long does it take to ship my order? 

Orders are shipped within two days of ordering (this is two NZ working days) If your address is incorrect or you would like to change your order please contact within a day of ordering.
