COVID-19 Update

The Government has announced the Auckland City is in Alert Level 3 and the rest of New Zealand is in level 2. This means that people in Auckland must stay within their bubbles and restrict movement.


As Claw Grabby Store is an online business operating out of Auckland, NZ, we will continue to remain fully operational as we have no physical contact with customers.


However, due to the ongoing issue of COVID-19 locally and globally, there continue to be shipping delays both within NZ and internationally.

International Air Mail 7 - 15 working days 

Non tracked service.


What is the return / exchange policy for this store?

Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged with tags still intact - buyers are responsible for return shipping payments.

What if I added the wrong address? 

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address the customer needs to pay for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address. 


How long does it take to ship my order? 

Orders are shipped within two days of ordering (this is two NZ working days) If your address is incorrect or you would like to change your order please contact clawgrabby@gmail.com within a day of ordering.
